Email Requirements
SurveyLegend has a NO tolerance for spam what so ever. Meaning that all email recipients must have opted in to get communications from you, the sender. Email messages sent in relationship with a SurveyLegend survey must contain an “unsubscribe” link that allows subscribers to delete themselves from your email. You admit to and agree that you will not hide, disable, or remove or attempt to hide, disable, or remove the “unsubscribe” link from the email invitation. You are responsible for guaranteeing that the emails you send in connection with your surveys do not bring forth a number of spam complaints or bounce rates in excess of industry standards. If SurveyLegend finds your stage of spam complaints or bounce rate higher than industry criterion, SurveyLegend, at its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your use of its website and services. -
